National Cream Cheese Brownie Day is February 10th – Again another national food day that I was not aware of. Then I realized something else – I do not have a cream cheese brownie recipe – egad!

What am I to do…to the internet I went to find you the very best recipe to share with you…

1775 English author and poet Charles Lamb was born.
