Need I say anymore? No quite frankly! Yes Virginia, a Chocolate God does exists! And since January 27th is National Chocolate Cake Day I must say more and share this recipe with you. This happens to be the very first cake I learned to make on my own via my grandmother - as I believe it was one of her favorites. Moist, oh so chocolaty and super easy to make - it's one of those one bowl/pan wonders!

National Popcorn Day is January 26th
Yes popcorn! January 26th is National Popcorn Day.
Popcorn happens to be one of my all time favorite treats which I share that I indulge in at least once a week. Great source of fiber to boot. I prefer mine to be air-popped and recently shared an article in how to make your own microwaved popcorn using simply a clean brown paper lunch bag, but what about toppings?
