National Chocolate Cake Day is January 27th

Need I say anymore? No quite frankly! Yes Virginia, a Chocolate God does exists! And since January 27th is National Chocolate Cake Day I must say more and share this recipe with you. This happens to be the very first cake I learned to make on my own via my grandmother - as I believe it was one of her favorites. Moist, oh so chocolaty and super easy to make - it's one of those one bowl/pan wonders! In making this delicious fudge-y-chocolate cake since I was 9 - it's a super easy to make, one-bowl-type of moist fudge cake, invite your kids to make this one with you while they strengthen their baking skills. National Popcorn Day is January 26th

Yes popcorn! January 26th is National Popcorn Day. Popcorn happens to be one of my all time favorite treats which I share that I indulge in at least once a week. Great source of fiber to boot. I prefer mine to be air-popped and recently shared an article in how to make your own microwaved popcorn using simply a clean brown paper lunch bag, but what about toppings?
